Refund & Returns Policy

At Twirly Tutus, each of our products is handcrafted with the highest quality and attention to detail. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Refunds We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed. Once your order enters the production phase, we are unable to make changes, cancellations, or issue refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges if requested within 2 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@twirlytutus.com within 24 working hours of delivery with your Order ID and full contact details.
  2. Once your return is approved, ship the item back within 48 working hours with a traceable AWB slip and tracking number.

Return Conditions

  • Return shipping (to & fro) is the customer's responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during return transit.
  • Original shipping charges are excluded from store credit.

Store Credit

  • Approved returns receive store credit (no cash refunds).
  • Store credit must be used within 3 months of issuance.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Pre-order or customised items
  • Special size customisations
  • Items with additional sleeves
  • Hair accessories
  • Sample sale items
  • Custom outfits requested by the customer

Only standard, non-pre-order items are eligible for return or exchange.

International Orders Any customs duties or taxes incurred during return shipping (international or Indian) must be paid by the customer.

Order Confirmation Process

  1. Order Review — After selecting your dress and entering shipping details, review all information carefully including size and colour before proceeding.
  2. Order Confirmation — Click Confirm Order to finalise. You will receive an email with your order summary and unique order number.
  3. Production Begins — Your order moves into handcrafting immediately after confirmation. No changes or cancellations can be made at this stage.
  4. Tracking & Updates — Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
