  • Since all our products are made-to-order, please allow 5-7 business days for the production of your tutu before shipping.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, production time may extend slightly, but we will keep you informed of any delays.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days after production.
    • Available for most domestic locations.
  • Express Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days after production.
    • Ideal for those needing their tutus quickly. Please note that express shipping applies only to transit time, not production time.
  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-14 business days after production.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, the size of the order, and the chosen shipping method. You will see the shipping costs during the checkout process before confirming your order.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your order's journey until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet delivery estimates, shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing. If there is a significant delay, our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some international destinations may have restrictions; please check with us if you are unsure whether we ship to your country.
