Return & Exchange*

We have a 2-day return policy*, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return on eligible items only.

We do not offer refunds.

We accept returns and exchanges for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE purposes only, for standard sizes*.

Requests must be made within 24 working hours of receiving your order via support@twirlytutus.com with your Order ID and full contact details.

Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 48 working hours with a traceable AWB slip and tracking number.

All return shipping costs (to & fro) are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels in transit.

Strictly NO REFUND POLICY. Store credit must be used within 3 months of issuance. Original shipping charges are excluded.

Any customs duties or taxes incurred during return shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Not eligible for return or exchange: Pre-order or customised items, special size customisations, items with additional sleeves, hair accessories, sample sale items, and custom outfits.
